There's no button on the steering wheel on my 2021 SE L, nor does the wheel appear to heat up with the heated seats switched on.
The car is supposed to come with one so I'm wondering if anyone else has come across this issue.
Saw a comment from someone saying it might have to be activated in the air con menu, but I just can't see how.
Could fuse 2 be the issue?

With my MY 20 Karoq, there's a button on the top left of the steering wheel to activate or deactivate the heating (it gives you three settings sequentially). It sounds like you don't have a heated steering wheel on your car... which is annoying because I find it very useful as the temperature drops!

A 2021 SE L didn't come with a heated steering wheel as standard.

Nor did the next one up, the Edition. Couldn't see the point in spending over £300 for somehing I never expected to need. Never used my heated seat either, althogh my wife likes her's.

Cheers for the reply chaps. Skoda have confirmed that mine aint got one though all the paperwork I've read says an SE L should have it. Didn't have one on my previous Ateca so I suppose I'm not going to miss it!
