Beeping when engine turned off

I have a Karoq SE L, 24 plate

When I turn the engine off, if I don’t get out of the car fairly quickly, the infotainment panel lights up again and car beeps.
I’ve no idea why as never had it in any car before.

Any ideas/solutions, greatly appreciated
