Front bumper removal

Just suffered the annual bird strike and need to replace the centre grill section where the parking sensors are. Does anyone have any recent experience of bumper removal or know the parts number for 2022> centre grill section. I have replaced grills on a Seat Mii and VW Passat in the last few years for the same reason.
