Lubricating front strut mounts

Hi all

The front strut mounts (both sides recently replaced) of our 2021 Karoq need lubricating to get rid of a grinding noise. Is there an easy way of doing this myself or is this a job for a mechanic? If the latter, how much labour does this involve?

Take them back to the garage if they are making a grinding noise after only recently getting replaced.
