Trying to register on 'My Skoda' to be the primary user of my 2021 SE L DSG. Deleted the original owner but even following the on screen instructions to the letter it won't let me change to myself.
It doesn't do what the instructions say it will do!
I know my email and password are ok - could it be a problem with the original owner still being 'registered' as primary user, even though I've deleted his name?

I recently acquired a used Karoq and changed myself to prime user without going round in circles too many times however to book a service plan I had to send a copy of my driving licence and first two pages of the V5 to VW finance to prove I was the new owner/keeper as there was already a plan existing on the vehicle. They have now sent confirmation that I am the new owner to Skoda service who should be contacting me. I wait apprehensively!
