I drove my car the other day and no problem. I keep my car in a garage at my home. Next day I went to my car and found that there had been a total electrical failure.

The steering lock is on and cannot be moved. The bonnet release lock wont work. There are no lights and there is no power at all.

Something has seized the whole car.

I have never come across a total failure like yours so can offer little advice I'm afraid. Are you a member of any breakdown services?
I see the car was registered near Aberdeen (incl Glasgow, Edinburgh etc) do you still live there?
Here are all the Scottish Skoda dealers. I would give the nearest one a ring and see what they suggest. (if you don't belong to any breakdown services)
Good luck!!
Sorry about the double map. That is a fault of Imgur the photo handling website.
