Hi all

We recently got a 2018 Karoq Petrol (18 Plate) and we are experiencing a problem with the headlights. I've tried to change the lamp (no help) and i've used my multimeter to check for 12v at the lamp connector (no help - no voltage). I'm suspecting a relay or fuse but the LHS lamp is working.

Am I missing something here? The ECU throws up an error that is visible on the dash - so something isn't right.

Would love any helpful hints, especially about fuse locations and possible relay locations.

many thanks

James

If I am reading the fuses in the link correctly, it looks like the two lights might be on different fuses, number 11 for left and 24 for right. Unless they are leds then it might be 36 and 37.
