Hi All,

Haven't needed to post for a while as all has been well with my Karoq. However, I noticed today something hanging down from the passenger side front door. Closer inspection led me to see it was the door seal that had come off the bottom of the door. I thought I'd be able to clip it back on, however it turns out it was glued in place, and the glue has lost its stick. I've put some double sided tape on there to hold it in place, but I've got the Skoda All-In service plan which extends the warranty, so I'm hoping they'll be able to fix it properly soon.

Has anyone else had this problem? It seems a bit cheap to just glue something like this in place that is exposed to the elements.

Had this happen to the rear drivers side and got to have this done under warranty as car is not two years old yet, as you say not ideal for somewhere exposed to the elements

The Mk 4 (and to some extent the Mk 5) Ford Focus was one of the worst exhibitors of this problem. Just look and see how many you notice with the seal dangling.
Maybe Skoda have started to use the same adhesive...
