Karoq status display extra info

Facelift Sportline model. This is purely for info, my car has been prompting me that an oil change is due shortly, started around 1000mls. The other day after filling up I went onto the vehicle status screen and was greeted by what looked like to me a strange little white cloud on the screen in front of the L.H. headlight which turned out to be representation of an engine I'd defy anyone to work that out! Apparently this picture will appear when you start getting the service prompt. Never seen this before hope this info helps.
