Hi Everyone,
I had my Karoq serviced at my main dealer back in March, ever since when I use Waze on CarPlay and try to make a call, it causes the infotainment system to crash and I have to reset the system. After a restart, it seems to be fine, but I have to pull over and unplug and re-plug the phone in.
This weekend my wife plugged in her Android phone, it wouldn't play any audio and the volume controls all stopped working. Again, a hard reset and it started working again.
It is the Columbus system in a 2020 Karoq that I've had since new and this the first time that this problem has occurred.
Has anyone else had this issue and has a new software update come out since March to rectify this?
